Greetings, Red Oak Rotarians!

I am writing this today from our Rotary District Conference. I'm very excited to be here and am looking forward to learning so much more about Rotary! Some of the conference topics include: growing Rotary membership, enhancing Rotary's public image, reignited Rotary's power to bring people together, outstanding fundraising and service projects in our district, and discussions on Rotary hot topics. What would you like to know more about? Shoot me a text and let me know!

In other news, our Extension Club met for the first time this week. With seven people in attendance, there was very good discussion about the focus about the focus of the Extension, when and how often to meet, and growing membership and engagement in the Extension. All members are welcome to attend; the next meeting will be Nov. 7th at Stadium 34 at 5:30 p.m. Bring a guest!

Don't forget - the new club shirts have arrived. We have short-sleeve, long-sleeve, and tank tops available. Each shirt is $20. If you did not pre-order one, fear not! We do have extras available. In short-sleeve, we have 1 medium and 3 large shirts; in long-sleeve, we have 1 medium, 1 large, and 2 extra-large shirts; in tank tops, we have 2 medium, 2 large, and 2 extra-large available. I will have the shirts available at our meetings in October.

Respectfully,
