ClubRunner tools help us track new & prospective members
Did you know that our ClubRunner subscription includes a Membership Success Dashboard? This tool allows you to refer people for membership. It also allows for the club to collect, track, and nurture those referrals and online inquiries. With pre-formatted, automatic emails, communication with prospective members is consistent and timely.
So, how do you refer a member? It's pretty simple:
1. Log onto your ClubRunner account. (If you aren't sure how to do that, PLEASE let me know. I am more than happy to help!)
2. On the blue menu bar, click the tab that says "Membership Success." On the gray menu bar, click the tab that says "Overview."
3. A menu will appear on the left side of the screen. Click on "Refer a Member."
4. Simply fill in your information and your prospects information.
You'll know you've successfully completed the referral when both you and the prospect receive an email. Once they've been entered in the membership success pipeline, they will be visited be a member of the membership committee with a welcome gift (if they haven't already received one) and an official invitation to visit our club. The rest will be up to them.
