It's been a long time in the works, but we finally have a Strategic Plan Draft for the club to work from. This document is meant to fuel discussions, so be sure to read on for more information.
Having a clear idea of where we are heading as a club is quite necessary for our future success. We started our club visioning process in 2022 when Candy was club president. We updated our visioning in Dec. 2024. Taking the results of that activity, we have drafted the beginnings of a strategic plan. We welcome the input of all members, so please take the time to review this draft. This is a living document that may be adjusted as the club progresses. Let us know your thoughts.
